Charity graduated from The Massage School, Acton, MA, completing 204 clinical hours and 650 classroom hours in reflexology, Thai yoga massage and shiatsu, and setting her in motion to be the talented massage therapist she is today.  

As the owner of Maternal Instinct Doula Service, Charity attended over 100 births, in a variety of settings, including hospital births, birth center births and even a handful of homebirths.

Charity attended and completed many continuing education courses. These additional certifications, combined with seven years experience in the field of pregnancy and childbirth, helped shape her into the experienced prenatal massage therapist she is today. Continuing education course and certifications include the following:

Charity is a mother and wife, two roles which bring her much joy. When she is not working as a massage therapist, or caretaker, she enjoys focusing on her many areas of interest and self development.

Charity loves to play the piano and is also currently learning how to play the fiddle and the guitar. The love of music has been a constant theme in her life, since her first piano lesson in grade school.

Charity also loves animals and spends time weekly at the barn. She rides horseback through the woods and fields of Harvard, MA. She does so on a weekly basis, to help her feel balanced, fulfilled and strong. She enjoys riding but also spends time giving her favorite horse, Roxanne, equine massage and reiki. The energy exchange is mutually rewarding.

She also loves to garden, mostly focusing on flowers and herbs. Charity loves to add plants to the landscape each year, to build a more beautiful environment for family and friends to gather.
