Here is the updated information for our Youth Fit & Fun Summer Camp! This program will be a mix of athletic training and fun unconventional games to keep your kids active, staying competitive and having fun all in one setting! Athletic training will work on improving conditioning, flexibility and coordination while increasing strength and speed. The unconventional games will be a mix of fun races, games and obstacles to increase movement and help kids understand the importance of activity to fight child obesity and teamwork to bring awareness to anti-bullying! Programs will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday ONLY. Programs will be from 10:30AM-12:30PM ONLY. This is a CO-ED program for ages 8-11.
