Thanks for the kind words Kenny! Your effort really paid off! I took part of the strength and conditioning program over the winter. I want to say a huge thank you to you and the other trainers. The combination of a great workout program and you guys pushing me and making sure I was doing them right, resulted in an amazing senior year of soccer for me. I was very well prepared and stayed healthy for the whole season, something that I haven't done in the previous 3 years. At the end of the season, I earned an all-state award, post-season super 7, and was named to the western mass starting 11 team. I will definitely be back next summer before I start my college career. Thank You once again!
