THE EXTRA M1LE OF ENCOURAGEMENT "Suffering" I've learned that suffering doesn't come alone. Most times, if not all times, it's connected to a greater event. Suffering is an outcome to what has happened. We think to ourselves, it's already bad enough to go through, but to have to suffer in addition, just adds a whole different level to our disbelief. Many of us are suffering. Suffering because of illness. Suffering because of finances. Suffering because of broken relationships. Suffering because of death. In this state it's hard to find joy. Today, I speak to you inside your present state, to arise and glorify the Lord. Our suffering is the preparation of our glorious outcome. The more you suffer, the more you'll celebrate. Romans 8:18 says “For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.” Your present "set back" has nothing on your future "come back." The more you suffer, the greater your expectation should be for a God outcome! Fret not, and do not worry of your present day, for greater things are still to come. It may be hard because of what it looks like; feels like; and sounds like, which does not resemble any glory. BUT if God said IT, believe it! Greater days are on its way. Your suffering may last for a long time, but it does have an expiration date; for God is an ever present help in trouble. So today glory in your tribulation. Glory in your suffering. For greater things are yet on its way. TODAY'S READ: ROMANS 8:18-28 ~LMHsr

THE EXTRA M1LE OF ENCOURAGEMENT "It is so" Today is a good day. For many of us, we are sending our children off to school. Fresh start, new beginnings! We go through life with all sorts of fresh start and new beginnings. Whether we are prepared or not, they come without hesitation. We should allow God that same flow in our lives. A lot of times God is ready to bring forth to you, newness, but we often refuse due to us not feeling as if we are worthy of God's newness. We let our current struggles stand in the way. We can all admit that there's a thing or two that's challenging, when trying to let go of it. You have to understand that it doesn't disqualify you of God's forgiveness and deliverance. Many do us are long overdue of receiving His newness. His grace. His cleaning. Why, because we are stuck in our conditions and not willing to keep moving forward. Today, I encourage you to wrestle until you get what He has for you. Step in your newness and receive the reward of His favor. Let God bring forth a fresh wind. Blow off the season of frustration. Blow off the season of disappointment. Blow off the season of failure. Today, receive your triumph. Receive your newness. Receive your deliverance. To God be the glory; for the things He has done! THE EXTRA M1LE OF ENCOURAGEMENT "deliver us from men" There comes a time in our life when we need to be freed from what people think of us. Often times we will take note on what others believe before we embrace what God believes. This is just another trap of the enemy. The enemy comes to kill, still, and destroy you. He will use any tool to gain access to your mind and your heart. Do not let the enemy entrap you into a false reality. I've said this before; your validation doesn't come from man, it comes through God. If Mary allowed what folk thought about her, to bother her and validate her, she would of never went through the birthing of Christ. We need to be delivered from people!!!! We have allowed people to dictate our choices in life. We have allowed people to define who we are. We have allowed people to create barriers toward our personal advancement for too long. It's time for you to regain our lives back. It's time for you to walk in the calling that God has placed upon your life. Let not your heart be troubled. Let not your life remain in bondage. Be free in your mind. Be free in your heart. Today, you get your life back! TODAY'S READING: PSALM 140:1-13 ~LMHsr

THE EXTRA M1LE OF ENCOURAGEMENT "No partial sacrifice" God is not looking for a partial sacrifice from us. When we come to God to give Him our offering (which is more than money), we can't keep a little for ourselves and give Him partial. Many of times God looks at the level of our sacrifice rather than the sacrifice itself. How much are you willing to invest of yourself, to produce the Godly outcome? Ananias sold a possession, but kept back part of the price. Brought a certain part of that increase and laid it at he apostle's feet. When Peter questioned him about his poor choice, he quickly gave up the ghost and died. You can not make the declaration to God that your "All In", but keep back parts of your life from God and expect to be a "living sacrifice." You can't sacrifice walk, but you still placed in the streets. You can't sacrifice your voice, but your voice is still heard in the bars. Can't sacrifice your heart, when your heart is still in the hands of 2-3 individuals. You can't give time to the Lord, and you keep time with the world. God is looking for an ultimate sacrifice, where you will give Him your all. Withholding nothing! Give it all to the Lord. Let Him have all of you. Every dark place; ever flaw; each inadequacy; all vulnerability, let Him have it on today. You don't need your addiction. You don't need the world. You don't need that man or that woman. You don't need the drugs not the alcohol. ALL YOU NEED IS JESUS. Jesus will deliver you from all that splits up your sacrifice. What are you laying at His feet? Is it all of you?; or part of you?
