Flavors of mango flesh, fresh zested lime, and ruby red grapefruit juice. 6.2% Setbreak is a Nelson Sauvin Pale Ale. We brewed this one with 100% Thrall Family Malt CT grain: Pilsner, malted white wheat, flaked wheat, and flaked oats. Dry hopped with generous amounts of Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. Blender Kiliki is our tiki-inspired Berliner Weisse, hopped with Mosaic and conditioned on massive amounts of pineapple, tangerine, and passionfruit. Big flavors of tropical punch, tangerine, and island breeze. 5.0%. $23 per 4-pack. *Please note that there is a large amount of fruit in this beer, and these cans must remain cold at all times.* Double Fragment is a DIPA brewed with large amounts of flaked and malted wheat. Intensely hopped with Mosaic and a touch of Citra for balance. Flavors of freshly cut mango, guava nectar, passionfruit, and orange. 8.0% 18$ per 4-pack Don Gato is a dry-hopped Gose. We brewed this sour ale with a touch of French grey sea salt and hand crushed coriander seeds. We added a light dry hop of Citra and Motueka. A couple weeks ago we visited Belltown Hll Orchards in Glastonbury CT to select Montmorency cherries. We blended three barrels of 8 month old sour ale brewed with local honey onto the cherries for a lengthy secondary fermentation. And now we wait.

This Wednesday At 5pm we will be releasing cans of Blender Blueberry (Four 4-packs), Spectrum (Four 4-packs) and Lumin (Four 4-packs). Spectrum is a DIPA brewed with white, red, and flaked wheat. Heavily hopped with two of our favorite American and Australian hops. Notes of crushed concord grape, dank pineapple, and passionfruit. 8.0% 18$ per 4-pack. Blender Blueberry is a Berliner Weisse hopped with Mosaic and conditioned on massive amounts of blueberries. Big flavors of spiced blueberry pie and yogurt complexity with a pleasing wheat finish. 5.0%. 23$ per 4-pack. *Please note that there is a large amount of fruit in this beer, and these cans must remain cold at all times.* Lumin is an IPA brewed with flaked oats and flaked wheat. This was the first beer in our experimental IPA series. Brewed with honey malt, flaked wheat, and flaked oats. Excessively hopped with Enigma, Citra, and Mosaic. Powder is a Witbier brewed with huge amounts of raw wheat and hand crushed coriander seeds. Notes of lemon zest and cream of wheat, with a touch of spicy complexity coming through from our favorite witbier yeast. 5.3% Funk night is back at New Park Brewing on Friday August 9th with special guests, OTS (On The Spot) Trio.
