Daniel was given a York District Court date of 10/11/2017. On 8/11/2017 @ 12:30 A.M., Arianna Innarelli, 24, of 6 Cobtail Way, Simsbury, CT was arrested for Operating Under the Influence of Alcohol (No test) following a traffic stop on Post Road. Arianna was later released from Wells Police custody and given a York District Court date of 11/21/2017. On 8/11/2017 @ 10:58 A.M., John Murray, 45, of 12 Cedardale Rd. Lynn, MA was summonsed for Driving to Endanger following an incident at Rite-Aid. John was given a York District Court date of 11/21/2017. On 8/11/17 @ 11: 52 A.M., John Cropper, 63, of 72 Natures Way, Wells, ME was summonsed for Operating without a License and failure to register vehicle greater than 150 days following a motor vehicle collision on Post Rd. John was given a York District Court date of 11/21/2017. On 8/12/2017 @ 01:55 A.M., Brittany Pierce, 27, of 10 Vaness St. Sanford, ME was arrested for Operating under the Influence following a motor vehicle crash on North Berwick Rd. Brittany was later released from Wells Police custody and given a York District Court date of 11/21/2017. On 8/12/2017 @ 01:46 P.M., Jason Hudson, 36, of 390 S. Main St #2 Landaff, NH was arrested on an active arrest warrant following a traffic stop on Island Beach Rd. Jason was not allowed bail and was transported to the York County Jail. On 8/12/2017 @ 03:00 P.M., James Robinson, 27, of 2196 Sanford Rd. Apt. #4 was summonsed for failing to make oral or written accident report following an incident that occurred on the previous day. James was given a York District Court date of 11/21/2017. On 8/12/2017 @ 10:19 P.M., John Felser, 59, of P.O. Box 198 Alfred, ME was arrested for operating under the influence (alcohol) following a traffic stop on Post Rd. John was later released from Wells Police custody and given a York District Court date of 11/21/2017. On 8/13/2017 @ 01:00 P.M., Nicholas Mackinnon, 33, of 78 Upper Barley Rd. Lebanon, ME was summonsed for Assault following an investigation that started on 8/11/2017. Nicholas was given a York District court date of 11/21/2017. On 8/13/2017 @ 04:00 P.M., David Garrity 56, of 18 Spicebush Dr. was arrested on an active arrest warrant. David was later released from Wells Police custody after posting the required bail amount. On 8/14/2017 @ 09:32 P.M., Justin Hogg, 44, of 564 Hiltons Lane was arrested for Operating Under the Influence (2 priors) following a motor vehicle crash on Bears Den Rd. Justin was given a York District Court date of 11/21/2017.
**Please Share** We need your help identifying the male and female in the picture below. They enjoyed a lovely meal from a local restaurant in town and left without paying. They carried out the "dine and dash" like a couple of professionals. This definitely wasn't their first rodeo. The picture quality is low, but it's the best we have. Marine Mammals Of Maine held an interactive demonstration today at the Wells Harbor Park. It was a great turnout! Both children and adults had the opportunity to learn about Marine Mammals Of Maine as well as got to see how seals are rescued. Thank you to all that came out and participated.
Police are looking for assistance in identifying the male in these photographs. This male used credit card information belonging to a Wells resident to purchase items and services at several locations in the Wells, Maine area including Dunkin Donuts, Cumberland Farms, and Hannaford. The Wells Police Department is sponsoring a free “Raptors, Reptiles and Mammals” show through the Center for Wildlife on Friday, August 4th at 10:30am. It will be held at the Wells Public Library and should last about an hour. It focuses on educating kids about certain species that reside in Maine with an interactive portion that all ages can enjoy at the end! https://www.thecenterforwildlife.org/education
