A little about us: This restaurant is a concept of the Stephen brothers and has been in the works for many years. The three brothers are a musician, police officer and attorney. We looked at several cities from Abilene to Dallas before choosing the great city of Weatherford. Although new to the city, we are not new to the area. Our dad’s family is from Strawn and our parents currently live in Stephenville. We chose Weatherford because of the great people, location to our family and the future growth of the city.
About the food: We mainly use recipes that we have developed over the years or that have been in our family. Our chef has also added a few of his recipes as well and has taken some of our recipes to another level we could not have imagined. We focus on using fresh, quality ingredients and we make most all of our food from scratch. Justice Burger does not buy frozen products to merely reheat and serve.
About your order: Your food is made when you order it. We do not precook food to put in warmers hoping someone will order it. We prepare the orders as fast as we can without sacrificing the quality we expect from our food. Please allow a little extra time for us to handcraft your order. We desire to put out the freshest and best possible product each and every time and hope this will keep you coming back.

Justice Burger is hiring!
Not sure what to get your dad for Father's Day? Treat him to this weekend's special, the Yard Burger. It is a 1/2 lb burger with a loaded tot patty, monterey jack, cheddar cheese sauce and bbq sauce. This will definitely make you his favorite child.
We will be open from 12 - 4 today. Come enjoy a great burger and our $2.50 bottle and can special.
Those looking to satisfy their Justice Burger cravings will have to wait no more! We will be open tonight from 6 - 9. Come in and enjoy some great live music by Brad Kelly. The beer fridge is no more so we need to get rid of our bottles and cans to make room for more draft selections. Tonight, all bottles and cans are $2.50 each. Hope to see you soon!!!

Thanks to Weatherford College for allowing us to participate in such a great event with other fantastic restaurants in our area! Everyone from the college does an excellent job hosting the event and raising money for their students. Here is to another successful year and plans to place first in at least four of the food categories next time!
A quick update. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, Justice Burger will re-open very soon. While we have been closed we have decided to make a few changes which will hopefully allow us more flexibility to provide an even greater experience for our guests. First, we will have modified hours. The main purpose is so we can continue to make great hand crafted fresh food. As many of you are aware, most everything in our restaurant is made from scratch. It has been difficult at times to keep up with demand based on the size of our kitchen. Second, as part of our hours change we will do more special events like wine dinners, fundraisers, music and more. Having a large party, like a family reunion, graduation party or just a gathering of friends? There will be chances for you to book your events at our place with just your group and a select menu designed for your group. We will be releasing more information soon along with a firm open date.
Thanks to everyone who came by our booth yesterday at the Taste of Parker County. We had a great time and really appreciate Weatherford College inviting us. The Yard Burger made its debut. I tried to get a picture but we couldn't keep one long enough!
