Good evening everyone. We are proud to announce that we are featuring a special on The Wakatake Onikoroshi "Demon Slayer" sake. This sake is generally priced rather high. However, we wanted to make this wonderful sake more affordable and available to our guests. I would describe it as having a silky texture and light sweetness with gentle acidity. Typically I would never serve sake on ice but considering it's warm out, it seems to soften the otherwise rather firm alcohol structure which gives it a crisp, clean and refreshing flavor profile. I hope to offer everyone the opportunity to try this delicious sake. Please stay tuned for updates as I plan on holding private sushi & sake tastings for everyone in the community. If you would like to book an event with us, please feel free to contact me via Facebook messenger Attention: Nick Nakamura and I will contact you to discuss further details. Have a wonderful evening everyone and enjoy your weekend! Cheers! Nick Nakamura from Ikigai Sushi #waukegan #gurnee #sushi #sake #drinks #nightlife #japanesecuisine
