Description
Division 248 is Part of Region 9 of the Public Employees Federation PEF Division 248 represents Taconic PS&T members in OPWDD's Region 3 and Region 4. Our Members are spread out over a 5 county area; Dutchess, Putnam, Ulster, Columbia and Greene. This page was developed to allow better access to Officers and Stewards from our membership.

What's next? Now that the PEF Contract Bill has been sent to the Governor, how long does he have to sign it? Here is the answer: "The governor must sign or veto legislation within 10 days after transmittal (excluding Sunday), or it becomes law without his signature."
