About the owner: Vanessa Ciancio is a Professional Pet Groomer with more than 10 years experience. With a background in Veterinary Assistance and Kennel Management, she has been exposed her to a wide variety of animal behavior, care and handling techniques. Vanessa is Red Cross CPR Certified and a Board Member of the New England Pet Grooming Professionals Inc.

On Halloween weekend of 2014, Vanessa entered a creative grooming competition at the New England Fall Fest Grooming Expo held at the Crown Plaza in Warwick, with her dog rescue dog Tink as "Tink the Magic Dragon". Tink took home 2nd place and won the People's Choice award, putting on quite the show and winning the crowd over!
