LILLY UPDATE - This sweet girl has found an awesome foster home where she can live a happy life as long as she is able. Lilly has quite a few tumors and has had her leg previously amputated, most likely from cancer but we're not certain of her complete medical history. Lilly doesn't know her life expectancy is less than it should be and she is super happy to be where she is, in a warm & cozy house with someone that loves her.
First babies of the season have arrived! Maxine gave birth to 5 little babies this weekend. We know it's REALLY cute, but it's REALLY important to spay/neuter all cats! There are simply too many unwanted cats without homes. If you have or know of any outside cats and wish to get them fixed, please contact Animal Lifeline info@animallifelinepa.org. They loan out traps and can help with getting those cats fixed.

We have a very special kitty that we want to introduce you to. Her name is Lilly, and her previous owner surrendered her because she a mass (tumor), and the owner couldn't afford to care for her any longer. Lilly has already had a hind leg amputated, because of an infected tumor. Now the poor kitty also has masses on two of her three remaining limbs and on her shoulder as well. She is such a strong little pussycat who is coping with her condition every day in hospice. She is a very sweet and loveable cat who just wants to be like all the other felines here at Cat Tales, with a happy future to look forward to and in the home and arms of a loving forever owner. But unfortunately, Lilly isn't going to get any better. She is expected to live another 6 to 12 months, so she is trying to take lemons and turn them into lemonade. For Lilly, that means that the best she can hope for is a living, breathing angel in the form of a loving foster owner who will care for her and give her a good home for the remainder of her days. Someone who will spoil her with lots of attention and make those 6 to 12 months feel like a lifetime for Lilly. That's a tall order, but Lilly promises you that when she leaves this world, your heart and mind will be filled with years of happy memories of your time together. So we're looking for a position to fill. An angel to a loving kitty who wants to be your friend and companion -- and maybe even your confidante when you come home from a bad day at work and you need someone to talk to. Cats are great listeners, aren't they? Lilly is 5 years old and has been spayed and vaccinated, so if anyone is interested in fostering her, please contact Cat Tales at Info@CatTalesInc.org or 215-933-6900. Lilly will be forever grateful to you.
