My purpose is to assist my clients achieve their physical health goals and well-being utilizing both massage therapy and personal training.
My approach is providing clients with detailed knowledge about their current situation and implement a program designed to achieve maximum and realistic results in the shortest period of time. With my clients armed with a better understanding of their bodies, I have helped them reduce many unnecessary surgeries (carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, trigger finger), cortisone shots, and doctor visits.
