January Aerobics! Same schedule except Erin has replaceed her Strong class Monday @ 9 AM and Thursday @ 10:10 AM with her own creation, "BodyBuilder." BodyBuilder is a fun and exciting weight training class that is designed to build muscle, loose fat and get your heart pumping! Her Bootcamp class on Wednesday @ 6 PM is now Strong. Also don't forget next time you are in the gym to download the "AppAudio" app for your smart phone (It's FREE!).
