We will have microgreens again this week at the Frostville Farmers Market! These pea shoots are great, they taste like the fresh veggies you can get at the market in the summer. Hope to see you tomorrow!

I wish I had before and after photos showing the difference in our pasture from this year and last year. This year it is so lush and green, despite the months of drought. Last year it was just OK, pretty patchy. Last year I added some organic nutrients and beneficial soil biology to it, and I'm sure that helped, but I think most of the credit goes to our rotational grazing practices -- our small herd of cattle, and the chickens and ducks. So, if you buy our eggs, you aren't just getting a yummy breakfast but you are helping to restore a healthy ecosystem. Thank you!

We won't be at the Frostville Farmers Market tomorrow. However, we will be back for the last outdoor market of the season the following week on October 29. Thanks for your support!

We will be at the Frostville Farmers Market tomorrow, however we won't have any duck eggs this week. We will have chicken eggs and veggies though. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes and hope to see you tomorrow!
