Our standard Macro-Nutrient split is 40% Protein/40% Carbs/20% Fat. This is

the formula i used as a Personal Trainer to get results for my clients.

We also offer Paleo and Low Carb Options for a fee of $1 extra per meal.

We also offer to cook meals using All-Organic Produce with

"Greenwise/Organic" meats and Grass-Fed Beef for $3 extra per 4-ounce meal.

Almost every meal we create is Gluten-FREE as a standard except our wraps and

DuWHEY Protein Waffles. Our wraps and Protein Waffles do have Gluten-FREE

Options for $1 extra per meal.

Our menu changes every week and is posted every Sunday. We believe when

eating to gain health, variety creates a more sustainable journey.

Our ORDERING cut-off is Thursday at 12pm (LUNCH). All orders after 12pm on

Thursday are subject to Food Availability. We will fill orders after 12pm if

there is food available.
