The 2017 season is now complete at Masquerade Theatre. Thank you to our performers, audience members, directors, and our crew members for THE ADVENTURES OF FLAT STANLEY, KNIGHTS OF THE DAWN, SINGING IN THE RAIN, VINTAGE HITCHCOCK: A LIVE RADIO PLAY, and THE GIFT OF THE MAGI. While the current season is over, that doesn't mean that things will be quiet at Masquerade Theatre at the Capitol. This Saturday evening and Sunday Union City High School's production of Oklahoma will take place. Performances on Saturday evening at 7:00 PM and Sunday matinee at 2:00 PM. Also, if you look at the picture below you'll notice that JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT is scheduled for three weekends in March. That means that auditions will occur soon. They will be taking place on the last Thursday, Friday, and Saturday of the month. Check in frequently to this page to get more information on when, where, and what you need to bring with you to the auditions. See you at the Capitol!

THE GIFT OF THE MAGI Meet the Cast James Gray as DIGSBY/CAROLER Our final meet the cast post includes James Gray who plays the role of Digsby. James had to miss opening weekend because of work responsibilities and his roles were covered by THE UNDERSTUDY. James has appeared in several plays at Masquerade Theatre since making his debut in ARSENIC AND OLD LACE in 2013. Digsby is one of Jim's work friends and is always causing some type of trouble with his mischievous nature. James also plays the role of a caroler and watch store owner whom Della visits looking for a Christmas gift worthy of her Jim. THE GIFT OF THE MAGI is adapted by Jon Jory from the short story written by O. Henry. It is presented through special arrangement with Playscripts, Inc. (www.playscripts.com). It is directed by Brian Johnson and is produced by Betsy Dugger and Catherine Nailling. Performances this weekend are December 7th - 9th at 7:30 PM each night. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students are are available at the door beginning at 7 PM.
