We invite you to join us for lunch tomorrow. Our youth ministry will be serving soup, salad, sandwiches and desserts on a donation basis. The proceeds will benefit our summer mission trip to Nashville in June. We will begin serving around 11 and end around 1pm. Hope to see you then!

Palm Sunday comes as a pivot, turning our heads from our shallow self-interest towards Jesus’ cross. Sunday begins with happy crowds praising Christ. By Friday, we scream “crucify him.” So many church folk want nothing but Easter. We do not venture near the cross. And yet on the cross our Crucified Lord transforms our hateful sinfulness into redemption, hope, and love. We who only seek Easter find a hollower, weaker, and smaller faith. I pray that you will join us Sunday, as we begin our journey through the cross into Easter’s abounding victory over hopelessness, sinfulness, and death. Come let us lay down our lives allowing the cross to interrupt our lives so we may truly live.

CASA Works, Inc.

As a mission project, the Children's Ministry is a now a sponsor and will participate in a 1 mile fun walk or 5K run on Saturday, April 15th (prior to our annual Easter Egg Hunt) to support CASA Works. We would like to make this a church wide event with FREE registration. Registration forms (must complete for your free t shirt) are available at the Information Station desk in the Children's Department. We request completed forms by this Sunday.
