Longtime friends and workout partners Gina and Tracey always shared the common goal of living a healthy and fit lifestyle. They soon realized that physical fitness was their true passion in life, and together became certified instructors. They’re now spending their time, energy and expertise helping others become healthy and fit with Plank Fit!

THE 5:30am CLASS CAME IN SLEEPY BUT LEFT FEELING ENERGIZED, SWEATY AND STRONG💪🏼 WEIGHTS, WEIGHTS AND MORE WEIGHTS💪🏼 GREAT JOB!!!! LET'S DO IT AGAIN AT 9:30am!!! FACT- The body burns more calories each day to maintain a pound of muscle than it does to maintain a pound of fat. Therefore, the more muscle you build, the more calories your body will naturally burn each day even while resting. FACT- Weightlifting is an anaerobic activity, meaning that your body doesn’t use oxygen to convert energy and uses only carbohydrates as a fuel source. Anaerobic activities increase the rate at which your body uses calories long after your workout is over (the afterburn effect). With your metabolism higher, you’re going to burn through food faster and become hungry sooner. SO TELL ME WHO IS HUNGRY TODAY🏋🏻🍽
