City of Troutdale Troutdale is a city of 16,000 located in Multnomah County, Oregon on the eastern edge of the Portland metropolitan area. Bounded on the east by the Sandy River and on the north by the Colunbia River, Troutdale is the "Gateway to the [Columbia River] Gorge."

If you are interested in taking part in the parade or would like to be a vendor, see the information below. Explore our many modes of transportation over the years as we "Travel Thru Time." Walk, ride and wave in Troutdale's parade as we celebrate the 46th annual SummerFest, Troutdale Historical Society's 50th anniversary, and the 175th anniversary of the Lewis and Clark Trail. The Parade starts at 11:00 a.m. with SummerFest activities at Glenn Otto Park immediately following the parade, featuring music, entertainment, food, vendors and lots of activities for the kids. Starting on Monday, March 5th, TriMet bus line 81 will follow a new alignment, providing riders with direct service to jobs in the industrial areas (FedEx, Airport, future Amazon site), along with a more direct route to Gresham Transit Center via MHCC. Effectively, this means hundreds of area workers will now have more convenient access to transit than ever before!
