Love being able to work with these kids and helping them be disciplined, have the confidence to stand up for themselves, and be away from video games doing something good for them. Great training tonight. Glad to be back on the mats after the storm has passed. Nothing like jiujitsu to relieve some stress.

Back to normal schedule tonight. Kids from 5-6 Adult gi from 630-8

Normal classes tonight then we will be closed for the rest of the week. Please take the next few days to prepare for the storm and if you are already prepared help some others. If any of you need help please post in this and hopefully we can get together as a family and help with whatever you need. Be safe!!

Awesome Monday night of jiujitsu. Kids class, gi and then finished the nights off with some nogi. Really good to have some new faces.
