Rooted in the classical Pilates Method, the first known form of Physical Therapy, JF Pilates & Injury Prevention promotes controlled, stable movements, proper alignment and core strength to facilitate the repair and prevention of injury.
You will see all the positive effects of any good fitness regimen: strength, flexibility toned muscles. But most important is you will start to live a pain-fee life. The big and small aches and pains of life will slowly disappear leaving you able to do more of what you love without the negative repercussions.
Our clients range from healthy athletes who want to remain healthy athletes to seniors pushing back against Parkinson's or arthritis and everything in between. We have helped clients avoid hip replacements and back surgeries, while also serving as the post-rehab choice for those healing from surgery.
Our teachers have had extensive training in anatomy and injury modification to keep you safe. We challenge and progress our clients without breaking them. Our goal is to have you leave wanting more, not grateful it's over.
