Pre-workout meal suggestion! We burn a lot of calories during boxing class. To prepare your energy level, try eating some brown whole grain rice mixed with avocado as an excellent energy source to help you power through class. This tip was given to us by celebrity fitness expert Basheerah Ahmad!

Attention Ladies who belong to the Boxing Program! We have some GREAT stuff planned as we move along. 5 time boxing champ Isra wynn has agreed to teach us some boxing techniques in a special seminar! She was one of the top women boxers out there kicking butt and taking names! We will also be introducing some meal plans and contests/challenges with NICE prizes for who makes the most fitness progress! Details coming soon!
