Today is the final day to weigh in for the Biggest Loser Challenge. You can weigh in up until 8pm. We extended through today to ensure everyone has the opportunity to weigh in. Please note, you must weigh in at the gym on our scale with Brannon, Jamie or designated staff and have your weight recorded. You cannot call in and report your weight. You also cannot weigh in past the deadline of today. Winners are determined based on percentage of bodyweight lost, not by actual pounds lost. Winners will be announced this weekend once all percentages have been calculated, compared and winners are determined.

Big shout out to Dawn Cooper! She joined TexFit to lose weight and get healthy, and she has lost 40 lbs. since January 9th! She is consistent with clean eating and exercising 5-7 days a week. Nothing extreme, nothing crazy....just consistent hard work, effort and lots of sweat! Dawn does a mix of HIIT, Olympic lifting, Boxing, Indoor Cycle, Zumba and endurance workouts. She also rides her own bike outdoors! 💪
