I am a freelance graphic designer. Contact me for any graphics needs. I do logos, posters, flyers, shirt designs, and advertisements. I have a PayPal account, with the PayHere attachment for my iPhone so I can accept all major credit cards (or debit cards with the credit card logo) or just transfer funds into my PayPal account. Of course, I accept cash, money order, and check payments, though checks will need to clear before I will distribute your product. I have not decided on a specific payment tier for each item, for now it will be a case-by-case basis depending on how much work will be needed to complete the task.
