I am passionate about my family, my friends, my team, our community, our clients and my peers. I am determined to share my successes and my failures with others to help them achieve their goals faster. I absolutely enjoy learning and sharing. I care.
How much will you charge us to list our properties?
We don’t charge… we always earn our commissions. We will recommend compelling strategies for commissions based on your competition and our strategy. We are very strategic in positioning listings. We want to be “the house that everyone wants to sell” and “the home that everyone wants to buy!” It works! Our listings were on the market an average of 49 days in this last year and sold for 98.74% list price to sale price.
Are you able to handle our listing in addition to your regular business?
Our team is ready, willing and able to handle your property. We have sold over 100 properties a year for the last 15 years. We are privileged to work with a great team. Our team huddles @ 9:33am Monday- Friday to share energy, review strategies, properties and start the day with a bang! We have 2 amazing listing partners; 4 awesome buyer specialists; an experienced closing manager that handles all offers and closings; an outstanding listing manager that handles listing coordination; a brilliant executive virtual assistant that backs up each department and implementation; a persistent field manager who makes sure our properties are inspected and are in the best possible condition with signs posted and flyers boxes full.
