We hope everyone is warm and safe following this weekend's massive snowstorm. Recording breaking snow accumulations along the East Coast has made it challenging for snow removal,and we want to thank all of you for your patience as we work to dig out customers. Since Friday evening, our crews have been working extremely long shifts to plow and shovel the snow and will continue to do so until all our commercial and residential customers have been reached. We anticipate all snow removal to be complete by late this evening or tomorrow. This unprecedented snow storm has strained us all.
