4th Annual Wine Dinner- Last night marked yet another fabulous event for us and we could not be more proud. Our French themed dinner with wine pairings brought out an amazing group of friends and customers for a truly wonderful evening. Thanks so much to our wine purveyor Chris Cheeseman from Pioneer Wine Company who always entertains as well as informs us on the backbone of wines we use for our dinner. A shout out to the Welsh Rabbit Bistro and Cheese Shop out of Fort Collins for a divine selection of cheese that we were able to use as our second course sampler. Lastly, we could not do ANY of this without our hardworking staff as well as our loyal customers...thank you!!!!

Recognized for its world renown wines, indulgent entrees and decadent desserts this tour will not disappoint. Tonight Is the Parade of Lights in downtown Sterling! The parade route will travel next to the Bistro, and we will be offering many of our new Holiday drinks! Come enjoy our new, creamy house blend eggnog lattes, our new, cinnamon caramel apple cider, and our special peppermint truffle hot chocolate. We also welcome our guests to create their own holiday beverage from a spicy egg nog chai, to a gingerbread egg nog latte! And don't forget the adult drinks in our lounge! Also, grab a piece of our new Gingerbread cake!
