Welcome to Hill, Principal Brodeur! The Board of Trustees of St. Joseph Hill Academy is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Stephanie Brodeur as Principal of the Academy. Mrs. Brodeur's appointment will become effective August 8, 2016, as she succeeds Angela T. Ferrando, who recently retired after serving and leading the Academy successfully for twelve years. Mrs. Brodeur received a Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude, in English with a concentration in Communications, as well as a Masters of Arts in English and Middle School and Secondary Education from Quinnipiac University. She is currently in the final stages of completing a Doctoral degree in Education Leadership at the College of St. Elizabeth. She is joining St. Joseph Hill Academy after serving as the Assistant Principal of Academics and Technology and the Chairperson of the Communications and Technology Departments at Immaculate Heart Academy located in Washington Township, New Jersey. While at Immaculate Heart, she oversaw the development of the Communications Department, as well as an innovative STEM program focusing on fostering creativity, collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills, in varied academic disciplines, not just science, mathematics, engineering and technology. We are confident that Mrs. Brodeur's dedication to Catholic education and her unique expertise and leadership skills will help sustain St. Joseph Hill Academy's eighty-two year history of educating and empowering young women to become principled leaders who stand ready to meet society's challenges. Sister M. William McGovern, FDC, President Join us in welcoming Principal Brodeur to St. Joseph Hill Academy!
