As parents, you have big dreams for your kids. It's icing on the cake when their dreams are an extension of your own. Today we are so proud to announce that our daughters Ashley and Shannon (and their husbands of course!) are opening up their first restaurant together- Fiesta Express on Route 7 in Norwalk. More details to come soon... for now I'll leave you with their new tagline- "Your Fiesta Favorites- Now all on one plate!"... I'll leave it to you to guess what that means for now!
