My seniors surprised me!!!!!!! My heart just fell with so much joy to see them happy that they pulled off a shock on my face!!! 😱😃😊I teach here mon wed and fri from #strengthtraining, #warriorchair, and #ZumbaGold. My job requires me to not only show up and create workouts that leaves them successful! But, I am the one learning so much life lesson's from them! They don't sweat the small things in life. Maturity is beauty!!!! I will not let worries take control over my thoughts for tommorow will worry about itself. This is the first year I have really enjoyed becoming older by being present and observing everything around me. Practicing being selfless and finally loving myself with flaws and all. I have embraced becoming 36! 🎂🎉🎂🎉 and I have chosen to age gracefully! We all get older!!!! And what matters to me the most is putting in work to what your values are in life! Thank you! 😘
