Saturday, October 15th marks our 6th Annual McGrath Family YMCA Sprint Triathlon! Participants compete in a fun friendly atmosphere starting with a 1/2 mile lap swim, followed by a 12 mile stationary bike ride, and finally, finish with a flat 3 mile run course! GET INVOLVED! In partnership with Welcoming America, the East County Family YMCA is a proud participant of "Welcoming Week", taking place all over the county from September 15th-24th. During Welcoming Week, YMCA's Nationwide bring together immigrants and U.S. born residents to promote cross cultural understanding and raise awareness about the benefits of welcoming everyone. Join us on Saturday, September 23rd from 10:00am-1:00pm at McGrath for our first multi-cultural festival which will include various vendors and workshops who represent the diversity in our nation! While your at the Y, stop by our map station and put a sticker on your country of origin. Planning on attending? Create a poster board or art project about your heritage or a culture of your choice and we will feature it in the fair!

The McGrath Family YMCA's Youth Sports Leagues are starting up again! Co-Ed Basketball, Soccer, Flag-Football and Girl's Volleyball! All of our Youth Sports Leagues include one practice and one game each week! Ages 5-17!
