the exchange of materials, ideas, knowledge, and techniques;providing input for meaningful training standards throughout law enforcement agencies in North Carolina;seeking the enactment of needed legislation, both independently and through active participation in “Law Enforcement Association Presidents” (LEAP) activities, for purposes of enhancing the quality and professionalism of law enforcement, especially in the field of training.

facebook.comThe next NC Law Enforcement Training Officers Association (NCLETOA) quarterly meeting will be Friday February 5, 2016, 10am-12pm at Nash Community College located at 522 N. Old Carriage Road Rocky Mount, NC 27804. The training topic will be on cutting edge firearms training utilizing a combination of live fire indoor range use and firearms simulator training to increase proficiency and accuracy with the handgun. Nathan Mizell will be "instructing"/presenting. The training will include the ability for members to get some time in the simulator and limited use of the indoor range. The Holiday Inn of Rocky Mount located at 200 Enterprise Dr. Rocky Mount, NC 27804 is the recommended hotel for those staying overnight and is only one mile from the college. Just let the clerk know that you are in town for the NCLETOA meeting, you are a law enforcement officer and ask for the state rate.
