First Baptist Church Paris Founded in 1791, this church is in its second building which was built in 1838.  The bell, made by Paul Revere's son, in 1821 is one of only 11 Revere bells in Maine.  The clock was donated by the Honorable Hannibal Hamlin in 1883.  We have two services on Sunday morning.  The first is from 9-10 a.m. and is a contemporary style of worship.  We also have a session for the children during this service. The traditional church service is at 10:30 a.m. and is open to all.  We are affiliated with the American Baptist Churches USA.

Please pray for traveling mercies and much safety for Jake and Lizzie Chicoine, and little Hayden and Vivian. They left this morning for their new home in southern Alabama. They are trying to drive straight through which would be challenging enough, but now the weather is going to be challenging, too. Everyone, please pray for them...and their concerned families in Maine.
