FTF Equine Services   Fox Tail Farm is located in Smithtown, New York.  We pride ourselves in making horseback riding a fun experience for everyone.  We safely incorporate ground work and riding, making for a total equestrian experience and a  well rounded rider.  Ground work includes, grooming, tacking, and leading.  Being  small facilities allows us to concentrate on each individual rider. We are mainly an english riding center but are proficient in western style riding as well.

    We have safe schooling horses for all levels and ages.   All our horses are well maintained and trained, providing for a confidence- building ride.  We have an equestrian show team which has done very well at the local levels.  The Fox Tail Equestrian Team is growing and has been competing sucessfully at local rated and schooling shows.  Not only do the riders compete very well at individual shows, but have consistently brought home end-of-the-year awards.  

    Stephanie Proffe, our lead trainer has been working for years on perfecting the riding experience.  Originally teaching at a large,commercial barn, 7 years ago she began her own lesson line.  Stephanie has experience with all different ages and riding levels. She has competed and consistently brought home ribbons. Her patience and dedication pays off with happy, sucessful riders.
