If you have ever received a loving card or letter from our Barnabas Ministry you know how special it is to know that this group of prayer warriors is praying endlessly for you. Our Barnabas Ministry group sent prayers of encouragement to Congressman Steve Scalise during one of the most trying times of his life. He explains in his speech how he is making it through this traumatic experience with the power of prayer and how the prayers from the Barnabas Ministry from First United Methodist Church of Slidell helped him during his times of struggle.
