We now have 19 sites throughout Beaver, Blair, Butler, Cambria, Clarion, Crawford, Forest, Indiana, Jefferson, and Lawrence in Pennsylvania and Ashtabula and Trumbull counties in Ohio. PHN's Administration offices are also located in the Mercer County. We employ a provider staff that consists of over 100 physicians, dentists, physician assistants, certified nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals; and a support staff of over 300. We offer comprehensive primary health and subspecialty services and work within our communities by participating in health fairs and networking with area agenices and organizations. We also provide outreach services to businesses and corporations including executive and work physicals, and annual flu shots.
