The teens also participate in Lads to Leaders, attend the Summer Youth Series, enjoy numerous recreational activities, and serve needy people in the community. The women have a Tuesday morning Laides' Bible class (except in summer) and work together in the Ladies' Ministry Program. Adults of all ages can find groups to fellowship with such as the New Converts Class, Widows/Widowers, Family Circle Group (55 & under) and 55 & Better Group. The church is also blessed with active visitation and evangelism teams.

Wednesday
Bible Class and Devotional- 7:00 pm

On Sunday morning the Seagoville congregation offers classes for adults, teens, and children. Our teachers work hard to make their presentations interesting, practical, and scriptural. If you are a first-time Bible class visitor, you may wish to come through the main entrance. Friendly greeters will direct you and your family to appropriate classrooms. Classes last 40-45 minutes.

The Wednesday evening service begins with Bible classes for adults, teens, and children. After class, everyone assembles in the auditorium for a devotion consisting of singing, a message, and prayer. The midweek Bible study lasts one hour.

Black, Female, Gay?

The Sunday evening message ("Are Christians Hateful?") introduced a six-part series answering questions asked by teenagers hostile to Christian faith. As noted, American teens confuse opposition to homosexuality with hatred. But refusing to wave the rainbow flag isn't hateful. Homosexual behavior puts people at higher risk for depression, anxiety, domestic violence, and terminal illness. Worst of all, it leads to eternal death. Questions God Asks – Why Have You Struck Your Donkey?

Israel's 40 years of desert wandering were almost over. God's people were moving north along the eastern boundary of Moab. Soon they would turn west and wage war against the land of Canaan. Balak, king of Moab, felt trapped and afraid. What if the formidable Israelites invaded and seized his territory? Perhaps Balak had trusted that Sihon and Og would defeat the Hebrews, but Israel's easy victory over these Amorite kings crushed his hopes. The Christian and His Environment

Record temperatures and fierce storms always seem to focus attention on the theory of manmade global warming or climate change. Is the earth's average temperature rising? Are diesel engines and factory emissions heating up our planet? Or do temperature fluctuations result from normal climactic cycles? And are environmentalists using climate change as an excuse to raise taxes, create new bureaucracies, and seize political power? Audio Sermon: American men seem to think that Christian faith is for women and sissies. Where does this misconception come from? It doesn’t come from the Bible. A true Christian man is a warrior (Eph. 6:10-17). http://www.seagoville.org/sermons/armor-god-pm/
