Chef Lester Gonzalez has been here nearly a decade, having joined us fresh from Le Cordon Bleu/SCI. Les has gently tweaked the menu, adding his own personal spin --including a dash of his Native American heritage--. Draft & craft bottled beer, craft & classic cocktails shaken with fresh-squeezed juices, fresh herbs, aguas frescas, and only bottled mixers [no soda guns, ever]. A wine list nearly 100 pages log in a 3-ring binder will either thrill you to no end, or make you slam it on the table as you demand a gin & tonic (no really, it *has* happened)!
