This weeks Trainer tip we will be talking about sled pulls , this a great exercise for back strength. You wanna have your feet about shoulder width apart for a good base and have a slight bend In your knees. Then keep your back straight and your core activated while you pull the rope in a controlled speed until the weight is all the way towards you. This weeks trainer tip we are going to be talking about alternating bosu dumbbell chest press, this is a great chest exercise to try next time you are in the gym. You will have your feet on the ground and your back on the bosu, then you will kick both of the weights up and raise your hips off the ground and activate your core. Then bring one dumbbell down at a 45 degree angle while the other weight is being stabilized and alternate. Give this one a try and if you have any questions feel free to ask one of our coaches 🏋🏻‍♂️🏋🏻‍♂️🏋🏻‍♂️
