Skiers and snowboarders competed for Searchmont Resort day passes and other amazing participation prizes from local businesses. 6 teams battled for bejeweled toilet paper accolades and cash prizes during the annual Downtown Outhouse Races Saturday, February 17th! During event intermission, Bird's Eye Outfitters presented the 2nd annual Kayak Pulls where teams of two competed in timed heats pulling kayaks for Bird's Eye Adventure gift cards as prizes. Congratulations to our winning teams: 1st Place: Team Bird's Eye Outfitters 2nd Place: Team Therapy Thrones (War Memorial Rehabilitation Center 3rd Place: Team Black Dragon Martial Arts Best Design winner: Team Honey Doo Doo Other teams in participation include Team Markstrom Construction and Team Hospice. Without the commitment of donations on behalf of incredible local businesses and organizations, this event would not have been possible.
