Limetree Open for Business! Irma recovery at Limetree update. The Limetree is now open for business for our owners and guests! Come and enjoy! The broken windows in the office have been covered, computers and phones are up and operating and our staff is in place to serve you. The staff has done a great job removing debris, cleaning up and putting your resort back into operation. As of this moment, Saturday September 16th, homeowners and guests are enjoying the Limetree today in the pool and on the beach in the cabanas. For those who may not know the Pool camera is operational. The Beach camera was damaged in the storm and the old unit is re-installed but is intermittent. It will be replaced ASAP. To update click on the pool camera. For your convenience we have attached the pool camera link http://images.limetree.com/Limetree_Pool.jpg . The planned replacement of the railings and associated concrete repair construction started in August and will be continuing the next few months. The railing crew is on site and has re-started the project. There will be some significant noise associate with the deck repairs. The extent of the construction and resulting inconvenience was unexpected because we encountered unexpected re-bar corrosion on the first floor walkway in the gulf front units on the south side. This unforeseen deterioration of the walkways, may require them to be closed during the renovation for the safety of all owners and guests. This may require us to relocate some of the unit owners during this phase of the renovation. Resort manager, Tom Heath has been working on this issue and has devised a plan for notifying and accommodating the affected owners on site to the best of his ability. We appreciate patience and understanding of our Limetree owners as we go through this construction process. - Limetree Beach Resort - Sept. 16, 2017 Klaus Rosinski - Vice President
