GYM UPDATES: Gym fee changes in affect February 1, 2017 Class Drop-In - $15 10 Pack Class - $100 Month Unlimited - $150 Personal training is available all day long with Adam Jaco, Matt Farhat and myself. Plus new trainers, Kelly Latronica, Jamie Jeffcoat and Kristina Ely. Hour and half hour session available. In February, the yoga studio will be adding a TUESDAY NIGHT 6 pm power class. There will also be a special Valentine's Day heart opening flow on February 4 at 6 pm:)

End 2016 and begin 2017 with a bang!! K//A Events and the Daquiri Deck present the first annual NYE DOUBLE DASH RUN!! TWO 5k runs. Do one, or double down and do both. Of course, all running is optional. You can always just come play!! Party favors, Champagne and light apps provided! ... When: Saturday, December 31st, 9:30 pm - Sunday, January 1st, 2 am. Run #1 will begin at 10:30 pm, then we will celebrate the new year and run #2 will begin just after the stroke of midnight!! Where: start, finish and party are at the Daquiri Deck Siesta Key with the run happening down the beach. Turn around will be just passed the public beach. Details: This is the first annual Daquiri Deck Double Dash and is a donation based run, kicking off and benefiting Jaco's vs Autism. The run will feature several race bunnies who will be providing directions, support and pacing throughout the run. This is a FUN RUN:) Flashlights or headlamps are MANDATORY, but they will not be provided. Feel free to dress up with glow accessories, glow paint, led lights, and more!!! We want to glow while we run down the beach! BRIGHTEST RUNNER will be awarded! Some Glow accessories WILL be provided! Raw bar area reserved for Event.
