AFBCS is proud to be a member of and an Accredited Educational Institution by the Accreditation Commission of the Texas Association of Baptist Schools.
Iowa Achievement Testing rated AFBCS to be in the top one third of the nation academically in 2015.
We utilize the A Beka Book Core Curriculum, using both classical and traditional styles of teaching and using top supplemental curriculum as needed.

Preview Night and Open House
Come see if our school is right for you. Join us as our current students and teachers share and make presentations as a preview of AFBCS and its programs. We are a fully accredited school currently offering grades K-10 and will be adding 11th grade in 2017, and 12th grade in 2018. We offer an affordable Christian education, smaller class sizes with certified teachers, and a well-rounded classical progam. AFBCS offers many extracurricular activities including Boys and Girls Jr High & Varsity sports, Choir, Band, and other clubs. AFBCS is a ministry of Arcadia First Baptist Church and teaches Christian values in a Christian atmosphere through weekly chapel services, Bible classes, and curricula.

Scholastic Annual Spring Book Fair, promoting Summer Reading. Students and families are invited to browse a large selection of books and all funds gained go to supporting our school. AFBCS - Fifth Annual Auction
Must purchase tickets through the School Office - Adults $12, Children $7 by April 22nd. *$5 for Auction Program and "Bidders Paddle" - Available at the door. The AFBCS auction is a fun, exciting, annual event involving the entire community, with the goal of raising funds for the school. This is our largest money-raising event, and it covers many costs throughout the school year. Through funds raised from the school auction, AFBCS has been able to purchase and renovate a portable building in order to facilitate growth, buy supplies such as desks, projectors and white boards, hire staff and faculty, and much, much more!
