Getting 14 dogs bathed and groomed and spruced up for the big NKLA Adoption event at Warner Center, Woodland Hills this weekend. Come out and support! Send anyone interested in fostering or adopting. It's the biggest event of the year!!! Shelters and rescues will be there. Sat & Sun 11-6. I'll be representing at the Hollywood Huskies booth with huskies and hounds and Heinz 57's. We have everything from a chihuahua to a purebred show dog black German Shepard!!! 15 dogs total

Bull aka Ferdinand the Bull officially has a forever home 😍 He's a sweet mellow boy. I can't believe he stayed at Carson for so long. He's dog and cat friendly and doesn't have an ounce of mean in him. He's now house broken and I just adore this boy and could go on about him all day.

Anyone remodeling kitchens or baths, we can use old appliances or sinks. Anyone know of places who would donate or discount fencing to a non-profit - we need thousands of linear feet of chain link or goat wire or anything anyone is willing to give. Horse fencing... old tack sheds or storage sheds...all much needed for the sanctuary Any old dressers can be used for a lot of things - I'll refurbish anything!

Old floors and interior walls are almost all out on the house. A bunch of us raked some pads clear for the chickens and ducks, and cleared out a lot of debris. Anyone want some free fire wood and kindling for fire pits from trimmed trees and old barns, feel free to come take. Thanks Shane Scanlon, Kelly Lamberton, Kristen Ouellette-Berss and Justin Merrow for all your hard work today!!:)

We went to remove a "swarm" of bees and discovered it's a 30-year hive of Africanized bees. Poor bee keeper was not thrilled and poor Shane has endoured a full day of stings. I watched and gave water from a crack in the window of my car. In the end we scored 6 lbs of honey.
