Heat Panels create the perfect sweat box.  90-102 degrees in every class.  Come transform.  Get stronger, healthier, and feel FREER.  One posture at a time Our classes are 60, 75 and 90 minutes ~ perfect for beginners and advanced students.  You DO NOT need to be an athlete, or have a flexible or strong body.  ANYONE CAN PRACTICE HOT YOGA.  It is healing, cleansing and strengthening.  We will offer a "set sequence" class throughout the week called "Core 26" ~ it will be 100 degrees, all beginning postures.  We will also offer "Vinyasa and Hatha" classes throughout the week, at 90-95 degrees, where teachers will choose from a number of postures and sequence them together will a little more flow.  Everything we choose will be sequenced together in a mindful way that gets your heart rate up, and will stretch you out from head to toe.

Blacklight yoga was so fun last night! We thought about death, our loved ones who have passed, made a Day of the Dead altar, listened to good tunes, laughed and were grateful for our breath and life. See you next month for our next Blacklight Yoga where we'll listen to fun 80's Christmas music!

Its day 6 of the Fall Challenge. Keep the focus and keep practicing on and off the mat. Come celebrate the completion of the first week of the challenge on Saturday with Wendy Colonna in our studio from 7-9pm. All proceeds go to help our friends in Rockport re-build their studio!
