SoCal Garage Works will be closed from 2/24/2016 to 3/1/2016. Orders will still be taken on the site and processed but customer service might be a little slow to respond as we are leaving for HanFest 2016. If your in the area come by and see us on Saturday the 27th. We will resume normal business on March 1st. All orders placed in Jan and Feb are being processed and shipped. Tracking is available on your account. If you have any question about how to track your order then please read our FAQ page on our site.

Some of our products will be put to the test on Saturday at the Veloster Challenge on the Streets of Willow track. Attention Customers! If you have received an email from us saying your ORDER IS COMPLETE. That means your order has been shipped and tracking has been added to your account. To view the status of your item. Log into our site scgarageworks.com go to my account. Click track order. Then input your email you used to order and your order number. This will give you the status of your order and when it was shipped.Once you log in you will see your tracking# and when it was completed. If your unaware of what carrier was used. If your tracking begins with a "1Z" it is UPS if your tracking number is shorter it will be "FedEx" if your tracking begins with a "EA" or a "9" it is USPS. If your item is attempted delivery and you fail to take the notice that is left on your door and pick your item up and it is returned to our warehouse. You will be responsible for re-shipping fees. It is not our responsibility once the USPS,UPS, or FedEx have your package it is there responsibility to deliver it and or leave you a notice. Messaging any employee of SoCal Garage Works does not make us responsible for packages that were attempted delivery because you were not home. All shipping companies leave notes and or re-delivery instructions on your door. If you aren't receiving these then you should contact your local carrier.We have no control over whether or not any delivery company leaves a notice. However knowing your order is complete with the email that is sent to you. This should give you a decent time frame and tracking when to expect your item in the mail.
