We were so blessed yesterday morning to hear from our dear friends and missionaries to Haiti, Kim and Johnny Gryglewicz. Their heart for Haiti challenged us to ask God how we, too, should reach out to our neighbors -- both down the street and across the globe. Johnny also preached the third part of our Different series. He spoke about how obeying God right where we are, in the ways He's already commanded, is key to being different. Dozens of leaders met today to learn and pray for our church. We are so grateful for these people who give of their time and talent to minister to and serve our congregation. We couldn't do it without them! Have you ever considered serving at SAF? We'd love to have you!

Because of the impending possibility of bad weather, we are cancelling 6 a.m. prayer at the church for tomorrow (Tuesday, Jan 16) morning. Please pray at home, stay warm and be safe!

Tomorrow begins our new sermon series "Different" AND 21-days of prayer and fasting. We're excited to start out 2018 focused on Jesus and what He's calling us to do. Pastor Landon will explain tomorrow morning during service how to participate in our church-wide prayer and fasting, so join us! We'll be there at 9:30 and 11:15 a.m.

Join us TONIGHT as we kick off Wednesday night services in January. We're going to dig deep into the word of God to start off 2018, and we'd love to have you join us. Meet us in the sanctuary at 7 tonight! (Regular youth/kids church/nursery will be available.)
