Description
This is a place to post photos of LOST and FOUND pets in Pinellas County with the hope that friends of friends can help see them home! Please note that this Group is about Caring and Sharing. Suggestions and comments are welcome; however, any comments that are unhelpful or derogatory will be removed.
Visiting the shelters in person is an important part of the search for your lost pet. You should visit every three days at a minimum. Ask to see all the animals in the shelter and visit every cage. Make sure to file a lost pet report as soon as the shelter opens.

4/5/16 FOUND in South Pasadena (Pasadena Ave) Found dog in South Pasadena right before Pasadena Ave. Where the Taco Bell is. Checked local Gulf Animal Hospital to see if dog had chip but didnt. Help find owner. --Dion Leal

4/5/16 LOST in Palm Harbor (Lansbrook Village) If anyone sees this Bengal, please call 727-453-1985. Thanks so much, everyone. I just discovered this page today. It is a Godsend. India is 12 years old, missing from the Lansbrook Village area of Palm Harbor (East Lake). Microchipped through Home Again. --Eileen Schulte

4/5/16 FOUND in Palm Harbor (Belcher Rd & CR39) We found lost dog wandering tonight in Severs Landing in Palm Harbor, FL. Near CR 39 and Belcher Rd. He looks like a chihuahua and is a senior dog based on gray hair and limited teeth. He has a blue collar on but no tags. I was able to pick him up and he was whimpering. We got down our traveling crate and he walked right in and laid down without a peep. So I think he is crate trained. We just found him a few minutes ago and not sure if microchiped or not. 4/5/16 FOUND in Largo (Ulmerton Rd & Starkey Rd) This morning I saw what I believe, was this male beagle crossing traffic on Ulmerton toward the quick oil change place. Blue collar. Close to Starkey Rd. He was taken to SPCA ID#31239566. If this is your missing pet, please call SPCA at 727-586-3591 Ext. 144 --Vanessa Shen

4/5/16 UPDATE: Returned to owner!!! 4/5/16 LOST Report: St Pete (17th Ave N & 49th St N) Missing dogs!! Got out of yard around 330pm from 17ave north and 49th street st petersburg. One is a mastiff mix and probably still has an e collar cone around his head and has staples from getting neutered last week. The other is a husky with blue eyes. Both very friendly!!
