Due to the voter mandated increase in the minimum wage and added benefits, and in an effort to more fairly serve customers, employees and the business, the Copper Steer Steakhouse, like many other restaurants throughout the country, has become a "no tip" establishment. In lieu of the customary 15% to 20% tip to your server, a 15% house gratuity will automatically be added to each check. This change will allow the business to pay servers more dollars per hour than the minimum wage for tipped employees, save jobs, which we recognize is important for the community and keep menu prices down. This change further recognizes that receiving good service is not limited to just one team member but rather the entire team. ALSO, in celebration of the New Year, New Menu Items and changes in Management come in between now and February 2, 2017,and receive half off on an appetizer or dessert per table with any entree and the mention of this post.
