The Louisiana Tech College of Engineering and Science (COES) is located in Ruston, LA. The College offers programs in computer science, engineering, mathematics, and natural sciences. Students can choose from fourteen undergraduate degree programs and sixteen graduate degree programs, including both M.S. and Ph.D. degrees.
Faculty and staff at the Louisiana Tech College of Engineering and Science strive to provide students with a hands-on educational experience that includes research and interactive projects. Our students have access to several integrated engineering and science education research centers, where they collaborate with faculty and other experts to research key focal areas, such as Micro/Nanotechnology, Cyber Security, Biotechnology, Trenchless Technology, and Applied Physics.

Teams of first-year Louisiana Tech University engineering students presented prototypes of their innovative products at the 2017 Freshman Design Expo held recently in the Student Center at Louisiana Tech University.
